James is a lifelong Edmontonian who received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Alberta in 2008. After a brief time spent working in Government, James entered Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 2013.
While in school, James volunteered for Student Legal Services, working in the Criminal Law Project in the summer of 2012 and acting as a day leader and supervisor in his final year. He also spent time working for the Centre for Constitutional Studies throughout his three years of law school. James’ practice includes all aspects of criminal law. In addition, he is able to assist with civil litigation matters, specifically issues related to motor vehicle insurance claims.
